催化装置气压机控制系统研究与改进

摘    要:
催化气压机历来故障率高,对装置生产运行造成消极影响。通过对催化气压机控制系统的研究与改进,成功地采用可编程控制器LOGO!完成对大型压缩机的复杂控制。实践表明,这种控制方式安全、可靠、精确,综合效果良好。

Abstract:
High malfunction rate of the catalytic gas compressor brings harmful effect on the production operation.On the basis of studying the control system of the catalytic gas compressor,a model that adopts the smart PLC(LOGO!) to control the large-scale gas compressor is successfully presented.The practical application suggests that the control system is not only more reliable and precise but also has good control effect.
