Analysis and improved adjustment measures for pinch rolls of double-side trimmer

Pinch rolls works as a very important component for double-side trimmer,and it is used for circulating feeding and accurate guiding when the steel plate is at double-side trimmer,thus it will directly relate to the cutting quality.Defects are often found on the plate which has been cut because the pinch rolls is not adjust properly or the adjust accuracy is not meet the requirement,in this case the adjustment of the pinch rolls is extremely important.This paper analyzes the important structure character of pinch rolls,and also describes the working principle,and improved adjustment measures in order to get better cutting quality.
