含稀土钢在不同工艺条件下的渗氮行为

摘    要:研究了在38CrMoAlA钢中加入稀土对气体渗氮和液体渗氮的影响。发现在两种渗氮方式下钢中稀土都能明显提高表面及近表面硬度,但略减小了渗层厚度。同时还发现,钢中稀土元素对气体渗氮比对液体渗氮的影响明显。而且,在本文试验条件下,稀土含量约0.0955%(质量分数)时影响最大。

Abstract:The effects of rare earth elements in 38CrMoAlA steel on gas nitriding and liquid nitriding have been studied in this paper.The results are found that rare earth elements in steels could raise the hardness of case surface but decrease the case depth slightly,and it is more obvious in gas nitriding than in liquid nitriding.The optimum content of rare earth elements in steel is about 0 0955% according to this experimental condition.
