高水头碟阀与球阀的实用评析

摘    要:针对有关工程的初步设计,进行了水轮机进水阀的应用研究。通过调查和数学计算,进行了高水头蝶阀与球阀的技术经济比较,并进行了相关论证分析。结果表明,在满足水轮机进水阀运行功能的前提下,在一定的水头范围内(如:250 m ),水轮机进水阀采用高水头蝶阀最为经济,可以较大幅度地节约水轮机进水阀设备投资,从而提高设备的投资效益。

Abstract:An applicable study on inlet valve of hydraulic turbine is made herein for the preliminary design of a relevant project.Based on the investigation and mathematical calculation concerned,a tech-economic comparison is made between both the high-head butterfly valve and ball valve along with the related demonstration and analysis.The result shows that within a certain head range(i.e.250 m),taking the high-head butterfly valve as the inlet valve for hydraulic turbine is most economical under the precondition of...
