| 摘 要： | 介绍了一种新型支撑刮板,可用于煤矿工作面输送设备。其上、下刮板为对称结构,夹装在输送机的刮板链上,刮板两端通过螺栓横向连接。该种支撑刮板体积小、重量轻,不与两侧的槽帮接触,均匀分布在普通刮板之间,对连接刮板的圆环链起到了有效的支撑和保护作用。使用结果表明:通过与常规刮板一同使用,可以使中板磨损均匀。并可以在刮板链张紧状态下安装和拆卸,使用和维护方便。

| Abstract: | One new type supporting scraper is introduced,which uses on coal mine working surface conveyor equipment.Supporting scraper contains top scraper and bottom one,which installed on conveyor chain and connected by bolts.The advantage of this support scraper includes small volume,little weight,apart with both side slot outers and regular arranged between ordinary scrapers.Furthermore,the ordinary scraper working with support scraper can makes middle plate abrasion uniformity.This support scraper connected with level bolts,so it can be easily installed and disassembled during the circular ring chain tightens. |
