YZ-560型四梭圆织机梭子的改进设计与制作

YZ-560型四梭圆织机是仿制奥地利兰精公司产品技术，生产的具有八十年代技术水平的圆筒织机，适用于以聚烯烃塑料扁丝为原料，采用圆型织造方式生产筒型织物和平幅织物，它是塑编企业生产各种规格编织布袋的专用设备之一。近几年来，随着我公司使用四梭圆织机年限逐渐增加，而相应出现的原机械设计问题，也相继出现。本文就我公司YZ-560型四梭圆织机梭子在生产中出现问题，实施改进设计的具体做法加以论述。主要是对YZ-560型四梭圆织机梭子装置的改进设计与制作过程加以论述。

In this paper, our company YZ -560 type four shuttle circular loom shuttle problems existing in the production, implementation of improvement design of the spe- cific practices to be discussed. Mainly on the YZ -560 type four shuttle circular loom shuttle improvement of device design and production process are discussed.
