| Abstract: | Persimmon tree is a traditional advantage tree species of Henan province. It has important significance to study how to use existing persimmon tree resources and increase planting benefit for increasing peasants＇ income. This paper introduced the health function and fabrication process of the persimmon leaf tea. |
