摘    要:采用传统的氧化物固相反应法制备组分为BaZn1.1Co0.9Fe16O27,的Co2W型六角晶系铁氧体材料,研究了工艺参数、材料组成等对软磁特性、微波电磁参量、特性阻抗及吸波性能的影响.结果表明,适当提高烧结温度有助于提高w型铁氧体材料的饱和磁化强度,减小矫顽力,从而提高其磁导率;由Co2W型六角晶系铁氧体材料构成的吸波材料的阻抗匹配特性和吸波性能可以通过材料组成、材料复合及材料厚度变化米调整,有利于高性能铁氧体吸波材料的设计和制备.

Abstract:The Co2W type hexaferrite material whose constituent is BaZn1.1Co0.9Fe16O27 was prepared by traditional oxide solid-phase reaction and the effects of technology parameters and constituent on soft magnetism,microwave electromagnetic parameters,characteristic impedance and microwave absorbing properties were investigated.The results show that proper increase of sintering temperature can improve the saturation magnetization of W type ferrite material and reduce coercivity so as to increase the permeability.The...
