超临界CO_2流体技术萃取山苍子油的研究

摘    要:就超临界CO2 流体技术萃取山苍子油的工艺条件进行了探讨 ,研究了物料粒度、萃取压力、萃取温度、萃取时间和CO2 流量对山苍子油萃取率的影响。结果表明 :超临界CO2 流体技术萃取山苍子油的工艺切实可行 ,萃取率可达 30 %以上。

Abstract:The technological conditions of Litsea cubeba oil from Litsea cubeba powder extracted by supercritical CO 2 fluid techinque were sudied The influence of particles size, extracting pressure, temperature, time and CO 2 flow rate on extracting rate of Litsea cubeba oil were explored The results showed that the technology of supercritical CO 2 extracting Litsea cubeba oil is practical The extracting rate is up to above 30%
