管道腐蚀检测与识别技术的研究

摘    要:本文介绍了漏磁法无损检测应用于管道腐蚀缺陷检测基本原理和意义,叙述了管道漏磁在线检测仪的总体设计、结构及各部分的工作过程,分析了硬件设计原理,采用工程数据库技术对检测数据管理,分析干扰因素对漏磁信号的影响,采用滤波和数字平滑方法消除干扰影响的方法,利用径向基函数插值方法对漏磁信号补偿和缺陷轮廓的局部逼近,提出了缺陷外形参数的评价模型和方法,整个缺陷检测及信号处理判别过程具有智能化,实际应用中证明整套方案有效、可行。

Abstract:The fundamental principle and purpose of nondestructive testing by magnetic flux leakage (MFL) applied to the pipeline erosion detection is introduced. The collective project, system composition and working procession of pipeline detection equipment are stated in detail. The hardware design is analyzed. The large inspection data are collected by database. This paper describes the factors disturbing the MFL signal, and presents the methods of eliminating the interferential factors by filter and digital smooth. The interpolation of radial basis function is used to compensate MFL signals and describes the pipe detection. The estimation model and method of detection parameters are presented. Detection inspection and signal processing are intelligent and effective in practice.
