涂硅烷偶联剂的新老混凝土修补界面层的特征

摘    要:用KH-570硅烷偶联剂溶液,分别涂抹花岗岩石板和老砂浆表面,再修补新砂浆,结果显示界面层拉拔强度显著提高。初步探讨作用机理,并观察细观结构。结果表明,适量浓度的偶联剂不仅可能使界面层中产生了化学力,而且可显著改善修补界面层的细观结构,从而使宏观力学性能大幅提高。

Abstract:The granite and old mortar surfaces were coated with different concentrations of KH-570 silane coupling agent and applied with new mortar. The test results showed that the pull off strength of repair interfacial layers increased significantly. The acting mechanism was first investigated followed by the observation of fine structure of the different interfacial layers. The investigation indicated that a suitable concentration of the coupling agent solution not only created a chemical bond to link substrate and repair material,but also significantly modified the fine structure of interfacial layer,and thus improves the macro mechanical properties substantially.
