浙江省小风速概率分布特征研究

摘    要:导线载流量计算边界条件中风速是影响载流量的重要因素,通过对浙江省63个气象站11年连续的逐时风速进行概率统计分析,结果显示:浙东近海区域及环杭州湾地区出现大于1.0 m/s的风速的概率可达80%以上,沿海岛屿(除舟山本岛外)则大于90%。在浙江省风速小于等于2.0 m/s时,同期气温高于35℃的概率很低,浙东沿海地区在3%以内。因此,考虑因地制宜适当提高计算边界条件的风速取值是可能的。

Abstract:Wind speed is an important boundary condition influencing wire current-carrying capacity.Through the 11-year continual probability statistical analysis of the real-time wind speed at 63 weather stations of Zhejiang Province,some conclusions have been drawn: in the coastal area of East Zhejiang and the area around Hangzhou bay,the probability of the wind(speed >1.0 m/s) reaches above 80%;on the offshore islands(except Zhoushan Main Island),the probability is above 90%.In Zhejiang Province,when the wind speed is no more than 2.0m/s,it has very low probability that the temperature is higher than 35℃(≤3% in the coastal area of East Zhejiang).Therefore,considering local conditions,it is possible to increase the value of wind speed as calculation boundary condition.
