660MW超超临界汽轮发电机基础优化设计分析

摘    要:
介绍了某发电厂660 MW汽轮发电机采用上海汽轮机厂引进西门子技术汽轮机和上海发电机厂引进西屋技术发电机基础的设计.首次将该类型西门子机型基础横向框架跨度尺寸进行了压缩优化.应用有限元软件ANSYS、MFSAP对基础进行了动力分析,并与本基础1∶10物理模型试验结果进行了比较.结果表明,本基础各项性能指标均满足现行规范要求,可供类似工程参考、借鉴.

Abstract:
Design of a foundation of 660 MW turbo-generator manufactured by Shanghai Turbine-Generator Factory with import technology of Siemens and Westinghouse is described.The cross frame of the foundation was shortened to optimization as for the first time the domestic foundation of Siemens-model turbo-generator adopted.Dynamical analysis of the foundation was proceeded using finite element software such as ANSYS and MFSAP,and were compared with the 1∶10 physical model test.The results show that the all performance indexes of structure of the foundation satisfy the present code requirements;and they can be used as a design reference for similar projects.
