| 摘 要： | 介绍冷连轧机流量AGC原理,从粗调AGC和精调AGC两个方面分析系统的各种控制算法,并进一步分析讨论流量AGC在宝钢冷连轧机上的应用。采用高精度、快速响应的数字式速度控制,使该冷连轧机的流量AGC系统具有先进、可靠、精度高的特点,可以将带钢的厚度精度控制在微米级,满足用户对冷轧带钢的高精度需求。 |

| Abstract: | The principle of mass flow AGC is introduced.Each control algorithm in coarse and fine mass flow AGC is analyzed,and application of mass flow AGC in tandem cold mill of Baosteel is analyzed and dis- cussed.Based on high accurate,fast response and digital speed control,mass flow AGC for tandem cold mill is advanced,reliable and accurate.The thickness accuracy of strip can be controlled in micrometer level,so the system can meet user s requirement for high accuracy cold rolling strip. |
