分光光度法测定水质中的挥发性酚

摘    要:利用分光光度法测定水质中的挥发性酚,标准曲线线性范围0~0.060mg/L,相关系数R2=0.9993,回收率范围为99.5~102%,RSD为0.16%。本方法灵敏度高,选择性好,在测定水质中微量挥发性酚时可以获得满意的结果。

Abstract:Spectrophometric method was used to determine volatile phenols in water. The results show that the linear ranges of calibration curve were 0~0.060mg/L(R~2=0.9993), the rates of recovery were 99.5~102,and the relative standard deviation(RSD) was 0.16. As a result, this method had higher sensitivity and better selectivity. Good results would be get by using this method to determine volatile phenols.
