摘 要: | 介绍了转炉煤气干湿法除尘现状.阐述了提高转炉煤气节能减排的干湿法技术措施.其中,湿法除尘装置和技术改进有塔-文结构除尘装置和近期研发的布袋除尘装置,前者包括:新一代一塔式煤气湿法除尘装置,塔-文分装式煤气湿法除尘装置,以及新型塔-文分装式煤气湿法除尘装置.干法除尘技术改进包括:转炉煤气LT干法电除尘和转炉煤气高温袋式除尘系统.

Abstract: | Present state and the technical measures of BOF gas wet and dry cleaning proceses is intro-duced. Wet cleaning devices include Tower-Venturi wet dedusting device and the newly-developed BOF gas filter wet dedusting devices, with the former comprises the new generation Tower gas wet de-dusting device, unattached spraying Tower-Venturi scrubbers gas wet dedusting device, and new unat-tached spraying Tower-Venturi scrubbers gas wet dedusting device. Techinial improvements of dry cleaning include BOF gas LT system and BOF gas high temperature filter dedusting system. |
