自由振荡激光脉冲能量的时序分析

摘    要:自由振荡状态的脉冲激光能量时序特性与激光强化材料表面的强度、质量及稳定性有直接关系。本文通过探测JG-2型固体激光器脉冲能量的时序分布结构,系统研究了激光脉冲能量的时序特性与材料相互作用规律及其激光强化材料时对表面性能的影响机理,用以提高现有激光器加工和强化质量水平。结果表明使普通钢材表面显微硬度提高5~7倍。

Abstract:Tihs paper deals with the time characteristic of laser pulse energy by photoelectrical method, becuse it is concerned with accuracy, quality, and stability of laser processing; and researches further the regular pattern between laser beam and material, which can be uaed in improving accuracy, quality of laser processing. The experimental result shows that the microhardness used new method is 5-7 times higher than that of former meterial.
