摘    要:IGCT是一种新型大功率电力电子器件,其开关控制必须依靠集成门极驱动电路实现。文章首先对IGCT的驱动技术进行了研究,阐述了IGCT开关控制所涉及的硬驱动和门极换流等关键问题。在此基础上,文章完成了4000A/4500V不对称型IGCT器件集成门极驱动电路开发,并通过实验对IGCT驱动技术以及电路设计方案进行了检验,相关技术能够满足4000A/4500V系列IGCT器件驱动的要求。

Abstract:IGCT is a novel power electronic device for high-power application,and the switch control of it must rely on integrated gate drive circuit. Studying on the working principle of IGCT,the paper focuses on the drive technology of IGCT,and the key problems of IGCT switch control which involve hard drive and gate commutation are analyzed.
