| 摘 要： | 铝箔轧机出口侧装有熨平辊，它在工作时压在卷取机夹持的套筒上。轧机以800m/min以上高速轧制时，由于熨平辊稳定性差，常常引起铝箔窜层、赶料、起皱、断带甩卷，造成大量废品和引发火灾。针对此问题，对熨平辊结构进行改造，取得了满意效果。

| Abstract: | Ironing roll installed at the mill exit side,kept in touch with the spool of the coiler has a poor stability during high speed running(800m/min).It often creats telescope,dish,wrinkle and break dishout with a lot of waste materials and fires.To solve this problem,we modified the structure of ironing roll and gained satisfactory results. |
