摘    要:根据多种方法综合判断不同配比下Span80一Tween60/正己醇/环己烷/FeCl3水溶液的反相微乳液的相变情况,绘出反相微乳液区的拟三元相图,从而得出乳化剂/正己醇/环己烷/FeCl3水溶液的质量百分数之比为20.7:5.2:63.7:10.4是最佳组分配比。在该体系中制备出适合陶瓷装饰用彩色喷墨打印用的FeCl3红色陶瓷墨水。考察了固含量与电导率的关系,分析了影响固含量的因素。

Abstract:The article investigated Span80-Tween60/hexanol/cyclohexane/ FeCl 3 inverse microemulsion system.The property change of the systems with different ratios was synthetically judged by different kinds of method.The quasi-ternary phase diagram was determined based on the measured properties. The best composition was obtained with 20.7% emulsion,5.2% hexanol,63.7% cyclohexane and 10.4% FeCl 3 in mass.The system was applied to prepare Fe 2O 3 ceramic ink suitable for colorful ink jet-printing technology in the ceramics decoration.The relation of the solid content and conductivity was reviewed.And the factors affecting solid content were discussed.
