微库仑法测汽油中氯含量的影响因素浅析

摘    要:对ZWK-2001型微机硫氯分析仪的电解池、偏压、采样电阻、气体流量、炉温、进样速度、搅拌速度等多个实验条件进行了大量实验分析和对比,同时考察了汽油中锰元素和硫元素对氯含量测定的影响,并提出了最适宜的实验条件,有利于提高微库仑法测定氯含量的准确性和精密度。

Abstract:To improve the accuracy and precision of that method, the conditions of this method such as bias, sampling resistor,gas flow,temperature,feed rate, and stirring speed were analyzed and compared with experiment re-sults on ZWK - 2001 microcomputer sulfur and chlorine analyzer . The effects on chlorine determination of by manga-nese and sulfur that existes in Gasoline were investigated. At last, the suitable experimental conditions were concluded and presented.
