| 摘 要： | 通过对一栋多层砖混结构住宅底层中部内横墙上出现的竖向裂缝的成因分析,排除了可能由地基沉降不均匀,材料强度不满足,温度应力及干缩变形等因素造成墙体破坏的可能性,判断此种裂缝是由于局部墙体砌筑质量不合格,加上温度和干缩的共同作用而产生的. |

| Abstract: | The cause analysis of the vertical cracks discovered on the internal cross brick wall in the ground floor of a multi-storey brick masonry structure residential building is presented.With the detail possibility analysis of the wall damage caused by the uneven foundation settlement,the material strength,the temperature stress and shrink factors.Judges out that the cause of the crack is the poor quality of the wall masonry and the interaction of the temperature and the drying shrinkage. |
