| 摘 要： | 稳定高效的润滑是确保机械设备正常运行的关键，彩涂线卷取机原设计的稀油润滑系统不能满足使用要求，在对系统进行了重新设计和改造后，润滑能力、自动化程度两方面取得了令人满意的效果。

| Abstract: | Stable and efficient lubrication is the key factor to guarantee equipment to run regularly. The original dilute oil lubrication system for the winding machines of the production line of color coated plate could not meet the needs of use. The system has achieved satisfactory effects in lubrication capacity and automation level after redesigning and reconstruction of the system. |
