| Abstract: | Take people-oriented and scientific development as the theme of today, people need to realize enterprise services team and the migrant workers industrialization, and make mig-rant workers blend in the urbanization development process to become a subject of major construction reform encounters. This paper analyzes the current situation of construction labor market and puts forward six subcontracting to manage the de-velopment suggestions. |
