摘    要:广州发电厂1号炉的钢球磨煤机中间储仓式制粉系统的热风送粉,因粗粉分离器阻力大,出力低,运行经济性差;且细粉分离器效率低,三次风带粉严重,故进行了技术改造。该文介绍了输煤系统改造前的设备概况,以及改造后的优化调速试验情况。

Performance Analyzing Test of a Pulverizing System
Abstract:Because of the high flow resistance of the coarse particle separator, the ball mill's intermediary bunker type pulverizing system of Guangzhou Power Plant's boiler No.1 has but a bad performance and poor profitability., Moreover the efficiency of the fine particle separator is also poor with tertiary air containing too much pulverized coal. Therefore, a retrofit was undertaken. The paper describes the coal conveying system's state before retrofit and in detail test results after retrofit and optimizing adjustment.
