大型船舶柴油机预装作业区日程生产管理系统构建

基于大型低速船用柴油机模块化装配与吊装转运方式,针对装配作业区在生产过程中存在的日程生产计划安排、生产零件准备、质量问题跟踪、5S清洁作业等影响生产计划进度的问题,采用Delphi语言与SQL 2000＋SP4数据库技术,构建了预装作业区日程生产管理系统,通过日程计划任务派工单、5S整改单、工装设备保养单等规定形式,使预装作业区各项管理工作任务制度化,并收集各项管理项目的基础数据,以便进一步优化管理。

The Construction of Production Management System of Large Marine Diesel Engine in the Pre-assembly Work-area

Based on the modular assembly of large low-speed marine diesel engines with the transporting way of lifting, in view of the influencing factors of production programme, such as schedule arrangement, components preparation, quality problems follow-up and 5S clean operation, using Delphi-object-oriented programming language and SQL2000 ＋ SP4 database technology, the pre-assembly work-area production management system was constructed.
