摘    要:针对中国石油天然气股份有限公司兰州石化分公司5.0 Mt/a常减压蒸馏装置加热炉排烟温度高、热效率低的问题,结合该公司实际生产平衡状况、投资费用及检修工期等方面的情况,提出了空气预热器技术改造方案。在不改变加热炉原工艺参数、工艺管道的原则下,合理利用原设备对空气预热系统进行改造,采用先进、成熟、合理的技术回收烟气余热。改造后常压炉排烟温度由改造前的209℃下降至120℃,减压炉排烟温度由改造前的198℃下降至140℃,常压炉热效率由改造前的87.33%上升至92.30%,减压炉热效率由改造前的88.45%上升至91.57%,取得较好的效果。

Abstract:To solve the problems of high emission temperature of flue gas and low thermal efficiency of furnace in the 5.0 MM TPY atmospheric-vacuum distillation unit in PetroChina Yunnan Petrochemical Co. , Ltd. , a revamping scheme was proposed for the air pre-heater based upon the operation balance, capital investment and time required for the revamping. In the revamping scheme, the existing equipment was appropriately utilized, and advanced proven state-of-art technologies were applied to maximally recover the waste heat from flue gas. After revamping, the emission temperature of flue gas of atmospheric furnace was reduced to 120℃ from 209℃, the emission temperature of flue gas of vacuum furnace was lowered to 140 ℃ from 198 ℃, the thermal efficiency of atmospheric furnace was raised to 92.30% from 87.33% and the thermal efficiency of vacuum furnace was elevated to 91.57% from 88.45%. Good results have been achieved.
