喷水涡旋空压机动静盘碰磨现象的研究

摘    要:对喷水涡旋空压机高速运行时动静盘之间发生碰磨现象的原因进行了分析.分析结果指出加工精度、涡盘变形,润滑方式和材料共同作用下的动静涡盘之间的密封间隙的不均衡性,特别是局部啮合间隙过小是造成此现象的直接原因,提出了对间隙合理控制的有效措施,并在此基础之上指出了喷水涡旋空压机发展的关键技术.

Abstract:The reasons that lead to the contact rubbing of water-injection scroll air compressor during its high speed operation were analyzed.The non-uniform clearance,especially the too small clearance between orbiting scroll and fixed scroll under the action of machining accuracy,scroll plates deformations,lubrication method and material was the direct reason for these phenomena.Several effective methods were proposed to control clearance and some key technologies for water-injection scroll air compressor future development were presented based on the analysis.
