机床颤振信号互谱特性分析

摘    要:从频谱分析理论和机床颤振的特性出发,在大量试验基础上分析了车削加工系统从平稳切削,经过渡过程到颤振中各种颤振信号之间的互谱特性。着重分析了互谱密度函数中的实部(共谱)、虚部(重谱)以及主频带上的相位差在颤振发展过程中的特征变化。并在此基础上提出了一种新的机床颤振预兆判别的特征量。

Abstract:Based on the theory of spectrum analysis, the chatter character of machine tool and a series of experiments, analyses the cross spectrum characteristics of various chatter signals during the transient from stable cutting to chattering. Pays special attention to changes of the real component (cospectrum) and imaginary component (quadspectrum) of cross spectrum in the chattering process. The result shows that during the transient, the cospectrum, quadspectrum and phase spectrum in main frequency band take place characteristic changes which can provide the basis for making early diagnosis of chatter. A feature variable describing these characteristic changes is presented.
