飞机地面专用全新风低温送风变频空调的开发与试验

摘    要:自行开发一种飞机地面专用全新风低温送风变频空调,与目前机场常用的进口和国产定频空调进行试验对比。结果表明:在室外温度为43℃,相对湿度为17%的工况下,此变频空调比常规的定频空调节能25%以上,且控温精度更高,为±0.5℃;尺寸更小,质量大约比机场常用的进口定频空调轻17%,比国产定频空调轻27%;模块化的设计使得空调机组免去了在机场进行明火焊接维修的麻烦,更适应机场地面设备未来发展的需求。

Abstract:Develops the ground inverter air-conditioning(GIAC) with full-fresh and low temperature air supply for airplane,tests and compares it with the import and domestic fixed-frequency air-conditioning.The result shows that the energy-saving of the GIAC is above 25% higher than normal fixed-frequency units under the conditions of outdoor temperature which is 43 ℃ and relative humidity which is 17%.The GIAC has more precise and stable temperature control,and its range is ±0.5 ℃.The GIAC's dimension is smaller,the weight is 17% lighter than import fixed-frequency unit and 27% lighter than domestic fixed-frequency unit.The modular design of the GIAC will avoid using naked light in brazing at airport when it is in need of repair,and the GIAC will be more adaptive to the future development of airport ground support equipment.
