新型椭圆截面螺旋扭曲组合管换热特性的数值模拟

摘    要:提出了一种新型换热管型,即椭圆截面螺旋扭曲组合管。以场协同理论为指导,通过改变管型形状参数组合方式,对椭圆截面螺旋扭曲组合管进行数值模拟及分析,并进行不同Re数下圆管换热Nu数与经验公式对比,结果表明:组合比为0.4,长短径比为2.0,扭曲角度为90°时,综合性能最优,确定椭圆截面螺旋扭曲组合管对换热的强化是有效的,模拟结果是可信的。

Numerical simulation on heat transfer characteristics of a new type tube with ellipse section and spiral twisted

Abstract:A new type of heat exchange tube was put forward,i. e.,ellipse section and spiral twisted tube. Based on field synergy theory,for different parameters combination of tube shape,heat transfer characteristics of ellipse section and spiral twisted tube was numerically analyzed. Nusselt number of heat transfer of circular tube under different Reynolds number was compared with empirical formulas. It was indicated that comprehensive performance of a new type tube with ellipse section and spiral twisted was optimal when combined ratio was 0. 4,ratio of long radius to short radius was2. 0,and distortion angle was 90°. A new type tube with ellipse section and spiral twisted may strengthen heat exchange,and the results were credible.
