烘筒S型封头的有限元分析和试验测试

摘    要:运用ANSYS建立有限元模型,对烘筒S型封头进行不同载荷作用下有限元分析,得出各载荷作用下的应力分布,以及最大应力发生部位,并与试验数据进行比较,分析误差,验证了有限元求解的正确性,为S型封头的实际应用提供可靠的依据。

Abstract:Using the ANSYS to establish finite element model and analyze S-head structure.The stress distribution was obtained and parts of the maximum stress occurred under different loads,then compared it with the experimental date and analyzed error.These can verify the correctness of the finite element so-lution and provide a reliable basis for practical application of S-head structure.
