跨超音速风洞喷管段柔壁新型充气密封围带研制

摘    要:针对现有多座该类风洞充气密封围带存在的问题,提出"凹"字型结构充气密封围带设计方案。设计的充气密封围带在自然状态下能脱离与侧壁的接触,从而保证充气密封围带不与侧壁刮擦,提高密封围带的使用寿命;采用"凹"字型截面结构,可保证充气密封围带有足够的膨胀量,实现柔壁与风洞侧壁的密封。通过气密性试验、膨胀/回缩试验、试验夹具内密封试验、爆破压力试验、充气疲劳试验、模拟风洞工况试验,对设计的充气密封围带的密封性能进行验证,并成功应用于新建的某跨超音速风洞。实践证明该新型充气密封围带结构紧凑、密封可靠,寿命更长。

Abstract:In view of the problems of the inflatable seal shroud in the existing wind tunnels,the design scheme for a new type flexible wall seal shroud with a concave construction was put forward.The designed inflatable sealing shroud can be separated from the contact with the side wall in the natural state,so as to ensure that the inflatable sealing shroud does not scratch the side wall and improve the service life of the sealing shroud.The concave cross section is adopted,which can ensure that the inflatable sealing shroud has enough expansion,so as to realize the sealing between the flexible wall and the wind tunnel side wall.Through air tightness test,expansion/retraction test,inner sealing test of fixture,explosion pressure test,gas filled fatigue test and wind tunnel test,the new inflatable seal shroud was validated,and was applied successful in the new tran supersonic wind tunnel.It is proved by practice that the new inflatable seal shroud has compact structure,reliable sealing performance and long service life.
