齐大山铁矿新出露矿石选矿试验研究

摘    要:研究了齐大山铁矿新出露矿石工艺矿物学特征;结合齐大山铁矿新出露矿石不能很好适应齐大山选矿厂和调军台选矿厂生产工艺流程,对其进行了选矿试验研究。分析试验结果,最终推荐阶段磨矿、粗细分级、重选-磁选-中矿再磨工艺流程为齐大山铁矿新出露矿石选矿技术方案。

Abstract:Based on the study of the technological mineralogical characteristics of the newly outcropped ore in Qidashan Iron Mine, bencfieiation test was made in consideration that the newly outcropped ore could not well suit the production flowsheets of both Qidashan and Diaojuntai Concentrators Based on the analysis of test results, a flowsheet consisting of staged grinding, classification of coarse and fine fractions, gravity separation, magnetic separation and middling regrinding was recommended for the beneficiation of the newly outcropped ore.
