烷基多苷乙酸钠的合成及性能

摘    要:以烷基多苷为原料,通过羧甲基化法合成新型表面活性剂烷基多苷乙酸钠,对其合成条件进行探索,并测试其性能。结果表明:配料比n(APG)∶n(ClCH2COOH)∶n(NaOH)=1∶1.5∶4,温度为70℃,反应时间为4.0 h左右较佳,在该条件下得到的产品收率达71.2%,经提纯后烷基多苷乙酸钠的纯度可达91.8%,测试其性能,表明为比较优良的阴离子表面活性剂。

Abstract:A new surfactant sodium aceticacid of alkypolyglycoside was synthesized by carboxmethyl latic synthesis. The synthetic conditions of sodium aceticacid of alkylpolyglycoside was studied and its properties was determined. The results demonstrate that the suitable synthetic conditions mainly require material ratio was n(APG) : n(ClCH2COOH) : n(NaOH)-1 : 1.5 : 4, the temperature was 70 ℃ and reaction time was 4.0 h. Under the conditions, yield of product was 71.2 % and the purity can reach 91 .g %, and its propertied indicate that it was a better anion surfactant.
