摘    要:通过电化学测试和微观组织分析等方法,研究了钛铝双丝高速电弧喷涂伪合金涂层在模拟深海压力条件下的腐蚀行为。结果表明:钛铝伪合金涂层在6 MPa高压静水条件下仍保持了较好的耐蚀性能,主要是由于涂层中富Ti相基本未被腐蚀,在涂层结构中起到了支撑骨架的作用,富Al相则起到了牺牲阳极保护的作用。同时腐蚀产物有效地填充了富Ti相的"骨架"结构,使之形成具有高度"自封闭"效果的涂层,强化了涂层的耐蚀效果。

Abstract:The corrosion behavior of Ti-Al pseudo-alloy coating under high hydrostatic pressure were investigated using electrochemical measurement and microstructure analysis. The results show that the corrosion resistance of Ti-Al pseudo-alloy coating remains excellent at 6 MPa hydrostatic pressure. It is because rich Ti phase performs the cage construction as an inert electrode and rich Al phase offers cathode protection to steel as the sacrifices. At the same time, the cage construction of rich Ti phase is full of corrosion products of Al, so the coating resistance is improved due to the effect of high self-sealing.
