摘    要:目前火电厂的负荷优化分配系统通常是以机组煤耗特性为基础,由于机组的煤耗特性是在稳定工况下得到的,所以经济分配能满足稳态工况下全厂发电成本最低的要求,但并没有考虑频繁变负荷给机组带来的影响。同时,在自动发电控制(AGC)方式下的厂级负荷分配还要满足调整时间的要求,以尽可能快的速度完成目标负荷的调整。针对机组运行的经济性、快速性、稳定性,应用多目标模糊规划方法建立负荷优化分配模型,并使用免疫算法进行计算,所得结果既保证了较低煤耗,也使得机组负荷调整速度较快,同时也满足了参与调整机组台数尽可能少的要求,使机组负荷分配更加合理。

Abstract:At pressent,the optimal load distribution system in thermal power plants is ussually based on the unit coal consumption characteristics,these charateristic curves,however,are valid only under stable conditions,the problem is that their corresponding results of "optimal" load distribution may be not true when the load of unit changes frequently.At the same time,the plant-level load distribution should also satisfy the adjustment time required under AGC mode.Directing against economy,rapidity,and stability needed in operation of units,a mathematic model of optimal load distribution has been established by using multi-objective fuzzy programming,and the immune algorithm being used to the calculation.The result obtained not only can ensure lower coal consumption,but also make the adjustment of unit load to be faster,at the same time,less units are needed to participate into adjustment,making the load distribution among units to be more resonable.
