| 摘 要： | 根据河北省水资源短缺的紧迫性,探讨了建立区域水资源可持续利用指标体系的必要性;从水资源可持续利用的基本原则出发,运用层次分析法,构建了区域水资源可持续利用的指标体系,探讨了评价标准和评价方法,对水资源可持续利用研究提出了建设性意见.

| Abstract: | This paper pointed out that the regional water resources must be sustainably utilized for serious lack of water resources in Hebei Province.It was necessary to assess the sustainable utilization of waters.Based on the fundamental principles of sustainable development ,the assessment index system of water resources sustainable utilization was set up by analytical hierarchy process.The criteria and method for the assessment were discussed too.Some constructive advises were held up for the following research of the assessment index. |
