大豆异黄酮分离及其检测方法的研究进展

摘    要:
在介绍了层析法、高效液相色谱法、高速逆流色谱法分离大豆异黄酮方法的基础上,论述了紫外分光光度法、高效液相色谱法、高效液相色谱一质谱法、气相色谱法、毛细管电泳法、薄层扫描色谱法、双向纸层析色谱法检测大豆异黄酮的方法及其这些分离检测方法的特点和操作要点,还筒要介绍了医学上免疫法测定大豆异黄酮的方法。

Abstract:
In this paper,on the basis of reviewing the separation methods of isofl -avones from soybean by chr -omatography and high perfomance liquid chromatography, the detection methods of isoflavone by ultravio let--visible spectrophotometry,high perfomance liquid chromatography,high perfomance liquid chromatog -- raphy-- Mass spectrometer, gas chromatography, capillary electrophoresis , thin-- layer scan chro-- matography, two-- dimensional paper-- chromatography were discussed and the characteristic of these separation and detection methods and the main points of operation were reviewed, the detection method of isoflavonoids on medical immunology was introduced briefly.
