NdFeB磁体超声波化学镀Ni-P的研究

摘    要:研究了NdFeB永磁材料超声波化学镀工艺以及镀层的 耐蚀性能,用扫描电子显微镜分析了镀层的显微结构,结果表明,该方法是NdFeB永磁材料一种有效的防护手段,显著地提高了磁体的耐蚀性能.

Abstract:An ultrasonic electroless plated Ni-P coating for NdFeB permanent magnet was prepared and the corrosion-resistance of the coating was also studied.Microstructural analysis has been preformed of NdFeB magnet with Ni-P coating by means of SEM techniques.The coating is shown to be effective for improving corrosion resistance of the NdFeB magnet.
