| 摘 要： | 陕西石油产业的快速发展,有效地促进了地方经济的增长,同时也暴露出石油开发过程中资源浪费严重、生态环境破坏加剧等问题。本文从陕西石油在勘探、开采、利用过程中出现的主要问题入手,分析了导致石油开发过程中资源浪费和生态环境破坏的主要原因,并在此基础上提出了促进陕西石油产业持续、健康、有序发展的对策。

| Abstract: | The rapid development of Shaanxi petroleum industry effectively promotes the increase of regional economy while exposing such problems in the process of petroleum exploitation as serious resources waste and damage of ecological environment. Starting from the main problems in the process of exploration, exploitation, and use of Shaanxi petroleum, this paper analyzes the main causes to lead to the resources waste and damage of ecologica/environment in the process of exploration, and then supposes some countermeasures to promote the development of Shaanxi petroleum industry with sustainability, health, and order. |
