| Abstract: | In recent years, with the rapid development of internet of things （IoT）,it has a wide range of applications in intelligent buildings. Firstly, we review the present situation of loT and intelligent buildings, and then explore the logical relationship between BIM and IoT, the profound influence and great value to the construction industry, and finally look for prospects that the IoT technology in the application of intelligent buildings. |
