| Abstract: | The basic principles, the constitutes,the sort and the affecting factors on fruit and vegetable forced-air pre-cooling equipment were introduced in this paper. Research status, current problems and developing trends of fruit and vegetable forced-air pre-cooling equipment were discussed and analyzed. According to current problems, the suggestions for using and popularizing forced-air pre-cooling equipment were put forward. |
