| 摘 要： | 对广州海珠半岛花园3192个外飘窗、外墙出现的严重渗漏，采用“排”、“灌”、“堵”、“防”相结合的方案进行治理，防水补强效果良好。同时指出了高层住宅小区外飘窗、外墙防水补强的必要性。
