摘    要:

Abstract:
Using Mn3O4 and Co3O4 as the starting materials,ZnO and CuO as the dopants,Mn2.3Co3.7-x-yZnxCuyO(4x= 0,0.03 and 0.06;y=0,0.05,0.08,0.10 and 0.20)NTC (negative temperature coefficient) thermistors were prepared by the solid-state reaction method.The microstructure and electric properties of the thermistors were studied.The results show that Mn-Co-O type NTC thermistor with low resistivity and high B25/50 value can be obtained by doping ZnO and CuO.As the ZnO doping amount increases,the resistivity decreases ...
