钢的(M+B)复相热处理技术研究

摘    要:指出目前理论界初步认为(M B)两相组织对同时提高钢强韧性方面的贡献.主要是适量的先析贝氏体分割了奥氏体晶粒,细化了有效晶粒,减小了随着转变形成的马氏体领域条片尺寸,缩短了单位裂纹长度,降低了脆性转变温度.但这些理论均存在着局限性,值得进一步研究、探讨.

Abstract:The paper introduces investigative actuality of some science author at domestic and overseas in that duplex heat treatment have effected the strength and toughness in low carbon,medium carbon and high carbon steel.The theory at present think that the precipitation can enhence the strength and toughness by the means of cutting austenite grain,refining the effective grain,constricting the length of crack,reducing brittleness transformation temperature and martensite domain size,put the shortage of the theory.Based on these,put the forward the developmental direction at last.
