新型涂层聚氯代对二甲苯的性能及其应用研究

摘    要:用真空沉积技术制备了聚氯代对二甲苯(Parylene C)涂膜,考核了聚氯代对二甲苯涂膜与特种材料的附着力及涂膜的拉伸性能、耐化学介质性能、表面抗静电性能,并对具有复杂形状的工件表面进行均匀涂覆作了探索研究。结果表明聚氯代对二甲苯涂膜具有优异的综合性能,可以在复杂形状工件表面形成均匀涂膜,对被涂覆材料起到很好的保护作用。

Abstract:A new Parylene C coatings was prepared by vacuum deposition process.The adhesion between Parylene C coatings and special material,tensile strength,chemical resistance and antistatic property were examined. A preliminary study is also conducted on uniform coating of workpieces with complicated shape.The result show that Parylene C coatings have excellent performances and can be deposited uniformly on the surface of workpieces with complicated shape for good protection.
