摘    要:探讨了410t/h锅炉改烧神华煤产生结焦的对策,分析了煤粉炉结渣机理和控制炉内结渣的主要因素。通过结合锅炉改烧神华煤后成功和失败的典型例子,对强结渣性锅炉的设计进行探讨,为寻求燃用强结渣性煤质锅炉的改造方案,提出设计思想,并采用Fluent大型流体计算软件,分三种工况对炉内流场进行数值模拟计算和分析,以此作为410t/h锅炉改烧神华煤课题的改造设计和防焦燃烧器研制的理论指导。

Abstract:The way to prevent the pulverized coal fired boiler(PCFB) from coking while combusting the Shenhua coal was studied,and the reasons that result in coking and the key factors to control the coking process inside of the furnace were analyzed.Incorporating with the typical successful and un-successful examples of the PCFB combusting Shenhua coal,design of PCFB was studied to search the best modification scheme for these PCFB which combusts heavy caking coal.Also,fluent program was used to numerical simulation ...
