公路施工项目成本管理问题探析

本文对我国公路工程施工项目成本管理的发展现状进行了分析,就当前公路工程施工项目成本管理中存在的问题及原因作了进一步阐述。针对公路工程施工项目成本管理所存在的问题,提出了改进措施和对策,指出要想使成本管理得到有效地实施,就必须选择先进的、科学的成本管理方法,建立科学高效的成本管理保障体系。
