国有大型企业的企业文化建设

摘    要:中国经济的飞速发展,使企业间的竞争更加激烈,要想在竞争中立于不败之地,企业加强自身的文化建设就显得至关重要。从理论方面论述了企业文化的科学涵义及其核心,并重点结合实践论述了国有大型企业企业文化建设的关键问题,突出强调了"以人为本"是企业文化建设的立足点;指出创新型企业文化建设的重要性。

Abstract:With the rapid development of China's economy,the competition between enterprises becomes more and more fierce.In order to remain their invincible position,it is important for enterprises to strengthen their own cultural construction.This paper discussed the scientific meaning and its key of enterprise culture on the theoretical side,discussed the key problem of the enterprise culture construction of large state-owned enterprise combing practice,and stressed that "human-oriented" is the foothold of enterprise culture construction,pointed out the importance of innovative enterprise culture construction.
